Satisfactory Server Hosting
Your factory runs when you do.
Satisfactory is a factory builder, not a live service. Pay only while your engineers are online — starting at $0.064/hr — and never pay for a factory that's sitting idle.
New accounts receive a $10 welcome bonus and 20% off all usage during beta.
Why hourly fits Satisfactory
Built for how engineers actually play
Satisfactory has natural session breaks — you build and optimize, then log off while the factory hums along. But your factory doesn't need a dedicated server running 24/7 when no one is connected. That makes monthly hosting a poor fit for most engineering teams. You're paying for 730 hours a month but using a fraction of that.
Fenrik bills by the hour. Your credits only drain while your server is online and your team is building. Stop the server, stop the billing. Come back next weekend to continue your Space Elevator grind, and your factory is exactly where you left it — without a single credit wasted.
What that difference looks like
| Play Pattern | Monthly Host | Fenrik |
|---|---|---|
| Casual (30 hrs/mo) | ~$18/mo | $1.92/mo |
| Active (60 hrs/mo) | ~$18/mo | $3.84/mo |
| Heavy (150 hrs/mo) | ~$18/mo | $9.60/mo |
Based on 8 GB at $0.064/hr during beta. Monthly host price reflects a typical market rate for Satisfactory hosting.
Recommended server sizes
Pick the tier that matches your factory phase
Satisfactory server load scales with factory complexity, not player count. Start at 8 GB and scale up as your automation empire grows.
The Pioneer Outpost
$0.064/hr
Your first weeks on the planet: mining patches, assemblers, and HUB milestones. 8 GB handles early-game factories comfortably for up to 4 engineers.

$0.096/hr
Multi-tier production chains, trains, and nuclear reactors. 12 GB gives headroom for mid-game factory sprawl without slowdowns.
Launch This ServerThe Megafactory
$0.128/hr
Full Space Elevator parts, alt recipes, and a factory that covers the map. 16 GB is built for engineers who never stop building.

Hourly Billing
Credits only drain while your server is running. Stop the server, stop the bill.
Idle-Aware Shutdown
Auto-shutdown after configurable idle time so you never overbill if everyone logs off and forgets.
Up to 4 Engineers
Satisfactory officially supports up to 4 players per session. Invite your whole build team.
Fast Launch
Servers are live in under 3 minutes.
Free Custom Subdomain
Every server gets its own subdomain (for example, factory.yourclan.odgservers.com). No raw IP addresses to share.

Included at no extra charge on every server.
Control Panel Config
Edit all server settings from the panel. No config file editing ever required.

Custom address
Your factory, your address
When you create a Fenrik account, you choose a subdomain. Each server you create gets its own address underneath it. Your Satisfactory server might be something like factory.engineers.odgservers.com — easy to remember, easy to share, no raw IPs.

FAQ
Questions engineers usually ask before they launch
How much RAM does a Satisfactory server need?
Unlike most multiplayer games, Satisfactory server load scales with factory complexity, not player count. An early-game factory with basic automation runs well on 8 GB. Mid-game with trains and nuclear plants benefits from 12 GB. Late-game mega-factories — full Space Elevator production, alt recipes, and sprawling belts — should use 16 GB or more.
How many players can join my Satisfactory server?
Satisfactory officially supports up to 4 simultaneous players. Fenrik does not charge per slot — pick your server size based on factory complexity, and all four engineers can play.
Does factory complexity affect server performance?
Yes — significantly. The more machines, belts, and drones you have running, the more CPU and memory the server needs. A dense late-game factory is far more demanding than a fresh spawn with a few assemblers. This is why we recommend sizing up as your factory grows rather than by player count.
How does hourly billing work?
You purchase credits, and they only drain while your server is actively running. The moment you stop the server, billing stops. It is the opposite of a monthly subscription — you pay for exactly what you use.
What happens to my factory when the server is stopped?
Your save is safely stored and waiting. Stop the server tonight, come back next weekend, and your factory is exactly where you left it — not a single belt out of place. Nothing is lost between sessions.
How fast does my server start up?
Typically under 3 minutes. You can start and stop your server any time from the control panel.
Are backups included?
Automatic backups are included on every server. You can also take a manual snapshot any time from the control panel — handy before a big factory refactor.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, DDoS protection is included at no extra charge on every Fenrik server.
Can I switch to a different game later?
Yes. You can swap your server to a different supported game at any time from the control panel.
Do you support mods?
Not yet, but mod support is on our roadmap. Vanilla Satisfactory runs great today. Join our Discord to be notified when mod support launches.
Where are your servers located?
Currently US West and US East. More regions are planned. Join our Discord to stay informed.
What is the custom subdomain and how does it work?
When you create your Fenrik account, you pick a subdomain. Each server you create gets its own address under that — for example, factory.engineers.odgservers.com. No raw IPs to share with your build team.
